With Britney Spears threatening to sue the pants off of In Touch Weekly, following their supposedly bogus ‘Britney Spears In Pregnant Again’ report, the tabloid is standing behind their story.

In Touch news editor Paola Leva has issued the following statement: ”We aren’t surprised that her people are trying to put out fires. Fact is, we have it confirmed by the dad, J.R. [Rotem].”

She said the magazine had gone back to J.R Wednesday to reconfirm the original story and his quotes, including his claim that Britster e-mailed a copy of her ultrasound photo of her baby to friends.
