What is wrong with America and why is this kind of televised idiocy being promoted as mainstrream “entertainment?” Why is the public allowing these VH1 criminal execs to dumb down the nation further with this utter garbage? People should take to the streets and mass in front of the VH1 exec offices and SHUT THEM DOWN until they cease this endless purveyance of lowest common denominator “entertainment’ to the people.

America is in a deepening Depression with people struggling to hold on to their houses, their jobs. We face all variety of critical issues and who wants entertainment that “spits in the face” of the dire concerns facing so many people and makes a mockery of their lives.

Yet somehow the VH1 sleaze-balls who created this mind junk for a sliver of abject idiots think that a story of three whores and their grandfather pimp will be fondly received???

You only need look at Vegas and see how that city has crumbled almost overnight to realize that “the party is ending” and people do NOT want this kind of insufferable “entertainment” any longer. They are yearning for entertainment that has SUBSTANCE.

I think Hefner should have walked away quietly into the sunset and saved some small shred of dignity before he expires. What a sad legacy for a man who infused some degree of intellect into the nude girlie mag trade….that he will end his years being remembered as a pathetic, perverted and lonely old man. Just pathetic.

As America sinks further into an ocean of economic despair, I do not think Hef’s laughable “love story” will inspire anything other than tremendous disdain for all those involved (including the sad pathetic adolescent no-talent execs who push this mind-crap to the national audience).
