The former “Lizzie McGuire” star has reportedly been spotted with P.H’s latest victim, shipping heir Stavros Niarchos at Hollywood hotspot Les Deux last weekend.

Early in the evening, Niarchos was on his best behavior while Her Herpesness was also at the club. But as soon as the heiress left, the partying playboy spent the rest of the evening cozying up to Hil:
