Hilary Duff is using the media to tell Paris Hilton to sit her attention whoring ass down.

Hil, whose ex-boyfriend Joel Madden is dating Hilton’s pal Nicole Richie, is less than impressed by the blonde party girl’s publicity stunts, which include being photographed panty-less.

“Paris brings attention to herself. Some people do things on a night out they know will get talked about.”
