Hilary Duff Debuts New Single On Thursday’s TRL
Hilary Duff released “With Love,” the debut single from her upcoming April 3rd album “Dignity” on Monday.
The former Disney child star will premiere the track’s video on Thursday’s episode of MTV’s TRL. Hilary will be choosing her favorite sign from the fans gathered outside the Times Square studios to autograph.
