Singer/actress Hilary Duff, 21, is attached to play an underage attorney on an upcoming Fox sitcom.

The network has ordered a script for Barely Legal, a comedy based on the true story of 18-year-old Kathleen Holtz, who passed the California bar exam in 2007, thus becoming the youngest lawyer in the state.
