“High School Musical” Stalkers

Zac Efron made headlines last week when the baby-faced heartbreaker narrowly escaped the forceful grasp of a “deranged fan” during the London premiere of High School Musical 3.
While the encounter proved unnerving for devoted fans of the movie musical franchise, HSM starlet Vanessa Hudgens says it’s par for the course, adding thatnearly all the film’s young stars live under the watchful eye of stalkers.
“…There are these men who follow us, basically stalking us,” Vanessa told Britain’s Daily Mail on Sunday.
“It’s crazy. They do get aggressive and it does get frightening.”
Vanessa says she and her female co-stars often wear disguises in an attempt to fool their crazed fan following.
“I have a blonde wig at home. We just try and go about life because it’s still going and we want to live it.”
