“High School Musical” Reality Show ABC: ABC “High School Musical” Reality Series
ABC is developing a reality television series based on Disney’s High School Musical franchise.
Kicking off with a nationwide talent search, contestants will be selected from across America and brought together to train at a music conservatory, where they will showcase their talent in a series of weekly challenges. Each week will feature the elimination of at least one contestant until a single winner is left standing. The live-action series will also feature appearances by the young stars of the hit film series.
ABC hopes to premiere the still untitled series this Summer.
