Heidi Montag Pratt Workout DVDs
Heidi Pratt is set to release her own workout video.
The downloadable workout series is a collaboration with fitness trainer Chad Waterbury, and will offer nutritional advice from the attention-seeking star of MTV’s The Hills.
“Staying fit is something I’m really passionate about,” the newlywed revealed in a chat with PEOPLE on Friday. “I work out with a strength-and-conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week.”
