Heidi Montag Pratt Hospitalized In Costa Rica (“Stomach Infection”)

Heidi Montag Pratt is in Costa Rican hospital this evening after falling ill with a suspected stomach infection, we’ve learned.
The blonde reality star — one-half of The Hills’ “Speidi” — was working alongside her husband, Spencer Pratt, to once again join the competition on NBC’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here on Saturday when she was rushed to a Costa Rican hospital complaining of abdominal pain, a rep for the star has confirmed.
Spencer is at his wife’s side.
