You know a new season of The Hills is upon us when Heidi Montag starts singing again! The MTV reality personality exclusively premiered her new single “Look How I’m Doing” on “On-Air With Ryan Seacrest” Wednesday morning.

Described as “a mix of pop and club, with a catchy beat and a bit of bass,” the track is a migraine-inducing mess that even animals and small children will detest.
