Newly-single former Hills star Heidi Montag has pulled out o upcoming reality show, featuring friend Jen Bunney. Montag — who is in the early stages of a divorce with estranged hubby Spencer Pratt — had been set to film a show with Bunney about her life after The Hills and her failed marriage to an increasingly emotionally-unstable Pratt.

However, in a blog post Monday, Bunney claims Montag, 24, abruptly dropped out of the untitled-project.

“Originally I was supposed to do a reality show with Heidi , but right now it looks like some things have changed,” Bunney wrote.

“Since that recent development our original network and some others as well have offered to continue on with the show despite Heidi possibly not being involved, which I just recently agreed to,” she added. “Although, I of course wanted to pursue this project with her, I also respect that she has a lot to deal with right now and have to decided to go ahead and move forward with it alone, since these opportunities have presented themselves (my hope is that she will want to be involved later on).”

Don’t get your hopes up too high, Heidi hasn’t completely turned her back on her inner famehoe. We hear the nipped/tucked blonde is shopping around The Heidi Show with Hugh Hefner’s identical ex-girlfriends, Kristina and Karissa Shannon.
