A concert version of the new musical adaptation of the iconic 1988 teen film Heathers will open at Joe’s Pub in New York City this September, Playbill.com dished this week.

The concert is based on the hit film, which starred Wynona Ryder and Christian Slater as high-school rebels who terrorize a group of popular, mean-spirited girls played Shannen Doherty, Lisanne Falk, and Kim Walker. The production is being directed and produced Andy Fickman and will features songs from the musical and backed by a band.

Heathers: The Concert debuts Sept. 13.
