Heather Locklear Mugshot Photo DUI
Actress Heather Locklear was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Saturday. The California Highway Patrol received a 911 call from a bystander around 4:30 PM, saying she observed a woman acting strangely and driving erratically as she left a parking lot in Montecito, California, outside Santa Barbara.
Heather, 47, was taken to the police station, where she was tested for alcohol and drugs. She was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication but was later released from custody.

Regardless if she is a nice, sweet person who interviews well, if she was under the influence of drugs, prescription or otherwise, an accident waiting to happen, She needs to be taken off the road and face the consequences. Celebs should never get a pass to put others in danger. Equal treatement under the law for ALL.
