The first official promotional stills from Heath Ledger’s final film, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, were released on Thursday.

Heath was halfway done with shooting on the film when he passed away of a prescription drug overdose in his New York City apartment last January.

After Heath’s passing, Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell all stepped in to fill his role for the remainder of the film by playing different incarnations of his character.

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus is now complete and set release in 2009.
