A spokesman for the NYPD says Heath had an appointment for a massage at his home on Tuesday. When his housekeeper went to let him know that the masseuse was there for his massage at 3:26 p.m., she found him dead.
UPDATE: The Associated Press is reporting that Heath died of a likely drug overdose.
