Heath Ledger Apartment Still Unrented
The SoHo Manhattan apartment where Heath Ledger dead of an accidental overdose nearly one year ago remains empty, according to Page Six.
The three-bedroom, 4,400-square foot loft at 421 Broome Street has been listed since July with the Corcoran Group but renters are reportedly turned off by the residence’s Ledger connection and the $26,000 per month rent tab.
