A New York City apartment that once belonged to actor Heath Ledger is now available for rent.

A local real estate investment agency is asking for $26,000 a month for the SoHo apartment where the Oscar-nominated actor died last January.

Heath was paying $22,000 a month for the luxury apartment, where he had lived since September 2007.

“You don’t wait around in a hot rental market like this,” a real estate agent told the New York Post. “As ghoulish as it sounds, people will rent that place in a heartbeat.”
