MTV has confirmed that Haylie Duff, older sister of former Disney star Hilary Duff, will host the network’s new reality talent search to select the next star of Broadway’s Legally Blonde: The Musical. The twenty-four year old Duff sister will also serve as an executive producer on the series.

Legally Blonde The Musical: The Search for Elle Woods premieres this June and will conclude with the winner replacing Tony-winning actress Laura Bell Bundy on the Great White Way.

“I don’t do any of the eliminating or judging. I’m always auditioning for things so I see them as my peers. They’re wonderful, talented girls and they’re already professionals,” Haylie says.
