The Duff sisters have been painting Vancouver, Canada red while twenty year old Hilary Duff is on location working on her new movie Safety Glass. The famous twosome ran up a $400 tab at the local Glowbal Grill & Satay Bar on December 1st only to leave without paying!

“They were dancing and drinking Grey Goose vodka and champagne until the club closed at 2 a.m, and then bailed,” a witness tells In Touch Weekly.

“They looked a little tipsy and seemed like they were partying pretty hard. They didn’t even realize they hadn’t paid.”
