Not everyone is beaming over the arrival of Little Sparrow James Madden!

Less than a month after Joel Madden and Nicole Richie welcomed their second child — a son they’ve decided to call Sparrow — the couple is expressing worry over their oldest child Harlow, who at almost 2-years-old is “having a tough time adjusting” to the idea of being a big sister to her brand new baby bro, The National Enquirer claims in its Sept. 28 print issue.

Tabloid tattles claim the 20-month-old is upset she is no longer the sole center of her parents’ world, and she’s not sharing the spotlight without plenty of hellraising.

“Harlow is used to being doted on day and night, by not only her parents, but their entire extended family and circle of friends,” says a source, who asked not to be identified. “A few days before giving birth Nicole told Harlow: ‘Get ready — you’re going to be a big sister soon!’ Little Harlow screamed ‘No!’ and threw a temper tantrum,” The Enquirer writes.

“She was already beginning to experience the ‘Terrible Twos’ before Sparrow’s birth, but now Harlow’s even more of a handful — testing boundaries and throwing temper tantrums,” the insider adds. “She crawls into Nicole’s lap every chance she gets and begs to be hugged.”

Joel and Nicole are hoping to curb Harlow’s insecurities with a series of special outings. The Good Charlotte rocker has promised to take his little girl out to the park and for ice cream in a few weeks and Nicole is planning a mother-daughter lunch especially for Harlow.
