Most American states don’t recognize same-sex marriages-but Hallmark does.

The company decided to create a collection of greeting cards celebrating gay weddings for after California joined Massachusetts as the only U.S. states to legalize gay marriage.

“It’s our goal to be as relevant as possible to as many people as we can,” Hallmark spokeswoman Sarah Gronberg Kolell said.

Hallmark started offering “Coming Out” cards in 2007.
