A girl never gets too old to enjoy having two hot guys fighting over her.
Unless, of course, said brawl comes right in the middle of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade; then the whole thing just become a tad bit tacky.
Halle Berry knows all about that.
All Hades broke loose at the star’s Hollywood home on Thanksgiving morning, after Gabriel Aubry — the father of Berry’s four-year-old daughter Nahla — reportedly attacked the actress’ French fiance Olivier Martinez. The fight comes after Halle, 46, lost a bid to move Nahla to France with her and Olivier, denied by a judge.
Gabriel reportedly “went nuts” in front of Halle and other witnesses after Olivier approached him about the ongoing dispute over custody of Nahla. Things got pretty nasty before Aubry was placed under citizen’s arrest: Martinez may have a broken hand and neck injuries, while Gabriel allegedly suffered a broken rib, cuts to the face and a possible head injury.
Of course, this isn’t the first time Aubry’s fists have seemingly gotten the looker into a pickle. In February, the 36-year-old catwalker agreed to enter anger management after being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery.
The criminal inquiry was triggered when Nahla’s former nanny, Alliance Kamdem, accused Gabriel of pushing her while she was holding the tot. Kamdem further stated that Gabriel often screamed at the child and had even violently yanked Nahla out of her arms.
After more than a year spent in and out of family court — and the tabloids — Halle had been hoping to put a continent and a few bodies of water between herself and the war with her hot-tempered baby daddy. For now, she’ll have to settle for an emergency order of protection, prohibiting Aubry from coming within 100 yards of the actress, her fiance or young Nahla.
