Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry is selling the tony Beverly Hills home she bought in 2001 for more than twice what she paid for it, according to TheRealEstalker.com.

Berry bought the Benedict Canyon Drive property for $2 million when she married singer Eric Benet eight years ago. However, the Monster’s Ball star is hoping to unload the property — which was listed Wednesday — for $5 milion.

The estate features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, landscaped gardens and stone spa. The home is accented with vaulted heavy wood-beamed ceilings, wood floors, fireplaces, a dramatic staircase, and a gourmet kitchen.
