Those folks at The Learning Channel really know how to stick it to a fella. PEOPLE Magazine reports that Jon Gosselin’s former girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, will take the stand in the breach of contract case against the reality star — whether she likes it or not.

The 22-year-old — who claims she was “emotionally abused” by Jon during their brief union — has been subpoenaed by TLC to testify against the former star of Jon & Kate Plus 8, who is being sued by the network over a series of unauthorized interviews he gave to the press concerning his bitter split from estranged wife Kate. Jon’s pal Michael Lohan will also take the stand.

“The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements. Those efforts have been unsuccessful,” the network said in a statement last month.
