Gwyneth Paltrow has reportedly been admitted to a hospital in New York City. The Oscar-winning actress was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital on Monday afternoon, according to a report by Us Magazine.

“She was slumped over in a wheelchair pushed by [husband] Chris Martin,” an eyewitness told Us. “She looked not well.”

Later that night a bag labeled “Gwyneth Martin” was delivered to the hospital from Organics Avenue, an organic foods store in New York.

A rep for the actress told US, “We are not commenting as it’s a personal matter.”
