I think people just don't care for diet advice coming from someone who skips from one diet fad to another, lives on lemon juice for 5 days etc. It is as peuirile as a teenager who'd think "let me not swallow this food and I'll stay thin"If I want health/diet advice, I'll go see my doctor - not an actress. She comes across as a person who is obsessed about detoxing and not as someone who cares about a healthy lifestyle. Hate is a pretty strong word.
