This is such an insidious, unrecognized addiction. This is a core issue in two multidimensional programs I am developing, one on addiction recovery, and another on reversing the aging process. Not surprising that both addiction and aging have all of the very same factors.

I like Sponge Bob and will watch it with my friend’s kids occasionally. I find it beyond disturbing that nearly every advertised product for children’s programs is essentially sugar, and aiding to get kids addicted. I wonder if the advertisers- Post, Nestle etc., are aware of this- or are they just ignorant and feed their kids sugar?

On a similar note- I did a search on the side effects of Xanax- which is prescribed for anxiety and depression. The side effects? In addition to it being extremely addictive- anxiety, depression, psychosis, and suicide!!!!! What the hell is that about? Is anyone else wondering about this? Is it a preconceived plan to get people addicted?

I think the campaign is a great idea and we should realise what sugar is doing to people, healthy eating is so much better, plus it makes you feel better too.
