Madonna, 50, and Guy Ritchie, 40, have reached a settlement agreement on their divorce, celebrity insiders tell London’s Evening Standard.

According to the Standard, the British director has not asked for a red cent of Madonna’s estimated $600 million fortune, despite the fact that the couple did not sign a prenup when they wed nearly eight years ago.

Instead, Guy and Madonna have agreed to share custody of their two sons, Rocco, eight, and David, 3. The boys will divide their time between Britain and the U.S., while Madonna’s daughter Lourdes will continue to live with her.

Expect an official announcement on the settlement by the end of the month, the paper says.
