Guinness World Record “Thriller” Dance Madame Tussauds NYC

This looks like fun.
In honor of Halloween and the 25th anniversary of Michael Jackson’s record-breaking Thriller album, hundreds of fans turned up at Madame Tussauds in Times Square on Thursday to attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most people doing the Thriller dance at the same time.

All decked out in ghoulish costumes, participants received lessons on how to do the Thriller dance, got a zombie makeover, and were photographed with Madame Tussauds’ Michael Jackson wax figure.

No word on whether or not Madame Tussauds was able to set a new Guinness Record.

You can go out and leave the Thriller dance running to carry on earning. Eventually, you’ll want to move on to trading a new Guinness Record. Are participants the same? A new Guinness Record, they’re not.
