Battling exes Jon and Kate Gosselin are at it again and this time the dramah could land the pair in family court. In a new interview with In Touch Weekly, Jon blasts Kate’s parenting skills and announces plans to sue his former spouse for primary custody of their eight children.
Jon says the last straw was seeing twins Mady and Cara on The Today Show in an excruciatingly awkward interview, which he claims violated the couple’s custody agreement by not providing him with the option of looking after the six younger kids while Kate took the twins outside their home state of Pennsylvania.
“They live in fear of Kate. Every time I see them, they tell me they want to live with me.”
Jon — who works as a waiter — says he’ll file the custody suit as soon as he can save up enough money to cover the cost of legal fees.
“First, I’m going to file for an emergency petition for contempt. The next step is to fight for custody. It’s the only way I can protect the younger six…Regardless of what the judge decides, I have to at least try. I just wish Kate would wake up, realize how she’s behaving — and change her ways.”
