Gloria Allred has a secret witness that she wants to testify at the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline custody hearing on September 17th.

TMZ reports this witness is a he and he is “intimidated” about revealing his identity.

Judge Scott Gordon for a secret witness threw out the request saying the court isn’t going to do secret witnesses. Britney’s lawyer Laura Wasser says: “With all due respect to Ms. Allred, she’s attempting to bring her own ring to what was already a three ring circus.”
