Gisele Bundchen would like to adopt a child from her native Brazil.

The supermodel, who married New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady in a low-key ceremony last month, tells Vanity Fair that she is ready to start a family of her own.

“I would also love to adopt a child from Brazil. When you come from Sao Paulo, you see five-year-olds sniffing glue on the corner. You think, if you make a difference in the life of one of them, that makes your time on this earth worthwhile.”

Tom already has a son from his relationship with former girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
