“Gilligan’s Island” Star Dawn Wells Auctioning Contents Of Idaho Home
Listen up, America: A TV legend needs your help. Dawn Wells, the actress who played Mary Ann on TV’s Gilligan’s Island, is casting away the contents of her home in the Driggs area of Idaho in an auction this Saturday, The Associated Press reports.
The 71-year-old native of Reno, Idaho has kept a home in the Eastern part of the state for about 15 years. She now lives in Palm Springs, California.
Items up for bid include a Kenmore double-door refrigerator, antique Chinese rug, a picture frame cutter made in Denmark and memorabilia from the annual Spud Fest Family Film and Television Festival. Ms. Wells will sign autographs for anyone who buys something.
