George Lopez Arrested for Pubic Intoxication AfterTaking Nap on Casino Floor

He’s not the first person to knock back a few at a casino, but funnyguy George Lopez took tipsy over the top when he passed out on the floor of Caesars Windsor in Ontario on Thursday night.

How frat boy of him.

The self-proclaimed “Latin King of Comedy” had just wrapped up a performance at Caesars when security guards found the 52-year-old sprawled out on the ground of the venue. Casino officials alerted local police.

Lopez — who was the subject of his own eponymous-titled ABC sitcom in the early 2000s and a late night show on TBS — was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place. No charges were filed, but the star was sent to the station to sober up.

A Twitter photo of Lopez lying on the floor of the casino surfaced soon after.

Ever the optimist, George managed to find a silver lining.

“Tied one on last night. Not feeling great this morning. I was trying to sleep it off, unfortunately, it was on the casino floor.”
