Forty-six year old Hollywood heartbreaker George Clooney has sparked liposuction rumors after being photographed with a large scar across his stomach on his yacht in Italy.

George’s publicist Stan Rosenfield insisted his client has not had liposuction, saying the mark could be due to the actor’s recent weight fluctuation.
