Mariah Carey helped toast the engagement of two gay fans after inviting them on stage for the proposal during her Las Vegas show on Saturday.

The five-octave hitmaker was performing the final concert of her shortlived Sin City residency at The Palms last when she turned the floor over to a marriage-minded man with hopes of proposing to his BF.

Maurie Sherman, 31, tells The Los Angeles Times he worked for six months to find someone who would relay his intentions to propose his now-fiance, Mathew Almeida, onstage at the show in Vegas.

Somehow Mariah got word and she made his dream come true.

Maurie took inspiration from Mariah’s husband Nick Cannon by getting down on one knee and presenting his partner with a candy ring, similar to the one the America’s Got Talent host gave to the superstar singer last year.

Mariah celebrated with the couple by toasting their happy news with champagne.
