More Fraud Charges for “Real Housewives of New Jersey’s” Joe and Teresa Giudice
Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Joe and Teresa Giudice were indicted on two more counts of fraud on Monday, this after the couple was slammed with 39 similar charges in July.
On Monday, Joe and Teresa were indicted on one count of bank fraud and one count of loan application fraud, with prosecutors claiming that Teresa lied on a loan application in which she claimed to have a job and a salary of $15,000 per month.
The Giudices are already facing serious prison time from the previous charges, which include bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications, bankruptcy fraud and failing to file tax returns. Both Joe and Teresa pled not guilty to all charges.
Both Joe and Teresa will be arraigned in federal court on Wednesday. If convicted, the parents of four face up to 50 years behind bars.
