The former Britney Spears’ assistant accused of banging the pop star has became the latest person served with a deposition subpoena in Brit’s custody case with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Shannon Funk was served late Tuesday night at the airport in Long Beach, California.

Shannon was returning from a trip to NYC with her soon-to-be sister-in-law and was served the subpoena by Aaron Cohen, the former Israeli intelligence officer who now runs IMS Security in Los Angeles.

Shannon accepted the subpoena saying “Just Leave Me Alone!”
