The scoop in Twitterland is that cheapie retailer Forever 21 is working on a magazine for frugal fashionistas with a love of leggings and midriff-baring tops.

A move to media would be the last in a series of recent expansions for the brand, which recently introduced Faith 21, a collection for plus-sized women.

“Ok tweeps: let’s say, hypothetically speaking, an F21 magazine is in the works. What content would you want to see in said hypothetical mag?” Forever 21 bosses wrote in a Tweet last week.
