“Caged” Paris Hilton has been booted from Forbes Magazine’s annual list of “Top 100 Most Influential Celebrities.” With the Queen of Talk Oprah Winfrey topping the list, Paris landed in fifty-sixth place in 2006. A Forbes spokesman explains the Hilton Dropoff: ‘While Paris is in all the tabloids, her brand value has actually taken a hit.’
