Girls Aloud songbird Cheryl Cole has been named the sexiest woman of 2009 by FHM men’s mag. In a stunning upset, the “Can’t Speak French” beauty, 25, knocked last year’s champion hottie, actress Megan Fox, 22, into second place.

Britney Spears, a woman dubbed one of the world’s “unsexiest” women by another men’s mag, Maxim, just last year, managed to claw her way into the Top Ten, taking the No. 4 spot. Slumdog Millionaire’s breakout beauty Freida Pinto appeared on the list for the first time, debuting at No. 10.
