Perez Hilton is the latest celeb to be sued by federal inmate/notorious celebrity ’suer’ Jonathan Lee Riches. Jonathan, housed in a South Carolina prison for fraud, claims he carried on a sexual relationship with the gay Perez and once bought the blogger a $23,000 diamond ring.

He also says Perez called him “Jonny Choo Choo” as a pet name. Jonathan is seeking the closure of PerezHilton.com, which he claims is invading his privacy and putting his life in danger.

Earlier this month, Jonatahn sued Britney Spears, claiming the pop trainwreck forced him at gunpoint to commit crimes.
