Alright, you know what you guys are all acting like? Immature idiots. Let me go ahead and put my two cents in.

Faye was in fact an amazing actress during her time, and who knows? Maybe she really was the only one who fit her role the best. Regardless of what others thought of her. She worked for it and got the rewards.

HOWEVER…

This still doesn’t give her a single right to go ahead and hurt someone else’s feelings. Honestly, I expected more of her then to just go ahead and blab that out. Well, at least now I’m a bit clear on the personality. But I don’t have the time on my hands to hate on her. Still, she has no right to go ahead and pin point someone else regardless of their talent.

Old or not, doesn’t really matter.

Sure, Hilary Duff isn’t the best actress out there. But she isn’t your typical “whore” either. She’s a generally good person, but obviously you guys have nothing better to do then to sit down and flame her off just because she didn’t make the gossip section of your local magazine. She’s a human as well, you can’t just judge her like that. Say you sucked at dancing two years ago, you come to me after two years and I just point and laugh.

“You, you can’t dance for shit!”

When I haven’t even seen you dancing. Bad example, but ‘nough said.

Really dissapointed in Faye though, I used to like her…

OK, I am old. Not OLD as Faye but old. I remember in the 1980’s Johnny Carson asking Bette Davis on The Tonight Show if there was anyone she would refuse to work with again.

Bette, without hesitating, said something to the effect “Faye Dunaway. Without a doubt she is the most UNprofessional actress I’ve EVER worked with. Always late to the set and unprepared.”

I wish I could remember EXACTLY what she said but at least I remember Ms. Davis’s opinion of Faye Dunaway.

Hopefully this remake will stretch Hilary Duff’s acting “muscle” and she will make all you haters eat your words, INCLUDING Miss Dunaway.

kay, first off, I AM a nostalgic hilary duff fan (and NO, i’m not gonna call you guys “jealous”, i know what opinions are). but this is ridonkulous. i mean, faye dunaway is an amazing actress, but why not give hil a chance? she didn’t do too well in her child movies, so why not give her some potential? it may or may not suck (depending on your views of acting), but hey, atleast it may breakout hilary duff’s kiddy role (there’s a reason why she turned down the lead role in 90210!). those were my two cents.

Faye Dunaway has an Oscar and was nominated for an Oscar for the role of Bonnie Parker. She was and still is a beautiful woman and an amazingly talented actress.
