‘Fantastic Four’ Releases Action-Packed TV Spot Ahead Of Film’s Summer Release [Watch]

Fantastic Four continues to bring it strong with the excitement and anticipation for the upcoming film. The film is a reboot of the comic series and hopes to make everyone forget about the previous films.

The new trailer is brief and under a minute, but it is jam-packed with action and we get to see each of the heroes displaying their abilities, most notably the Human Torch, who looks great in the new film.

The film is based on the comic book series of the same name and focuses on four of the main Marvel heroes: Johnny Storm/The Human Torch (Michael B. Jordan), Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman (Kate Mara), Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic (Miles Teller), Ben Grimm/The Thing (Jamie Bell).

Fantastic Four is brought to fans by 20th Century Fox, the studio that has had success with Marvel superheroes in the past with the X-Men franchise. With each piece of new footage that is released, the excitement continues to build as The Human Torch mentions before igniting, “Are you ready to have your mind blown?”

In addition to the main four members of the cast, Toby Kebbell plays Dr. Doom, the main villain in the comic series, while Reg E. Cathey plays Dr. Franklin Storm, the father of Johnny and Sue, and Tim Blake Nelson plays Harvey Elder/The Mole Man.

The plot of Fantastic Four follows four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways.

They each experience a dramatic change that they are unable to control and soon learn how to use it to their advantage. The four of them must work together in order to save the planet from a former friend who has turned into an enemy.

Fantastic Four will be released in theaters on August 7th, 2015. Although it doesn’t have the big appeal that The Avengers does, the film should still have what it takes to have success at the box office.
