Does anyone remember The Fantanas?

Fanta — the natural fruit-flavored soft drink manfactured by the makers of Coca-Cola –is dusting off its chuckle-worthy advertising campaign fronted by fictional girl group The Fantanas in a new series of promos set to debut this summer.

Lance Bass, Wilmer Valderrama, Kat De Luna, and Adrienne Bailon are among the “celebs” who can’t wait for the spokesmodels’ new ads to begin rolling — and they’re talking about it E! True Hollywood Story style….They must have a lot of time on their hands.

The Fantanas first began appearing in Fanta print and commercial promos singing the snappy jingle “Wanta Fanta” in 2002. The foursome’s campaign was dissolved four years later.
