Paula Abdul has been left “extremely disappointed” by her
“Dance Like There’s No Tomorrow” music video. The vid, which debuted on Wednesday, marks the American Idol judge’s return to the music industry after an absence that spanned more than a decade.

“She’s really got stage fright and it’s taken her by surprise.”

A spy tells MSNBC:

“She doesn’t think it’s Heidi Montag-bad, but she’s still trying to pretend like it didn’t happen. If Randy (Jackson) wasn’t involved, she’d be more vocal about it, but she does appreciate the fact that he was involved.”
