Boteach is a liar!
1993 would have been the best time for Michael to have a Rabbi back him up.
PRIVATE sessions spread over 10 MONTHS for writing a book??
Sounds more like therapy sessions to me.
Clearly these talks were private and confidential, such tapes must be subject to doctor-patient privileges and should never have been released.
Boteach timed this after his death so Michael cannot speak for himself.

Many can say that Evan Chandler’s death was due to terminal illness, and I won’t contest that it didn’t play a part in it. But years of guilt can also weigh on a person, and what were the events leading up to his taking his own life. First there was Jackson’s untimely death, then Diane Dimond’s horrible piece of trash oa book chroniclin this case, this thing is so awful I won’t even justify it with its title here. Then what came out just one week bef”This IS IT” which was a huge hit, and if Chandler just happened to see it, boy could that alone have led him to be pushed over the brink. What I want to know is why so many still chose to blame AEG, from what I have heard they did all they could to help Michael get through this process, including reducing the concerts to only two a week, it was up to MJ to tell them he felt overwhelmed, which he apparently didn’t, because he alway pushed himself. I blame alot of people for what happen to our beloved MJ, but AEG and Kenny Ortega aren’t on that list.

And even if I believe that MJ hoaxed his death, he still wants to have his name/reputation VINDICATED, and thank goodness with the FBI files about the 1993 and 2004 trials released to the public showing that MJ is indeed a hapless victim of extortion, and Disneyland putting their Captain EO back at Epcot, all these are helping MJ’s excellent legacy back on track!

The current spin being put on Evan Chandler’s death in the press is that he killed himself because he was ultimately ‘destroyed’ by the lack of justice he felt his family received. It is naive to imagine this is anything less than calculated damage limitation, designed to deflect the questions and fall-out that Chandler’s synchronous death represents.

Inevitably, Diane Dimond has been wheeled out to promote this fallacy and it is presently doing the rounds in the US and UK newspapers and online outlets. The unimaginable trauma to both Michael and Jordan’s psyches that Evan’s deception set in motion can undoubtedly be seen in the consequences of the last few months.

For the record: Most adult, compassionate fans of Michael Jackson do not blame Jordan for the events of 1993. We know he was a child at the time of the accusations and that throughout the years he has been legally prevented from disclosing the truth. The fact that Jordan took out a legal injunction against his own father is surely an indication of what kind of man Evan Chandler was.

I personally do not think it appropriate for Jordan to now be ‘hounded’ about the allegations his father made. This must be a deeply distressing time for Jordan, and I think very few people can actually imagine the nightmare that his life with Evan was like. If Jordan is to speak, the impetus will come from him alone.

I can’t say I’m happy, but I can’t say he didn’t deserve it either. I hope the guilt of basically pushing an innocent man to the brink of death made him want to kill himself.
