Enrique Iglesias says he was only joking when he announced his split from Anna Kournikova. The Spanish singer told journalists during a visit to Sweden, where he is promoting his upcoming June LP, that he had split with the former tennis ace.

“We’ve split. I’m single now and it’s OK. I don’t mind being single.”

Now Enrique is telling Hello that he was just joking:

“It is the first serious relationship I’ve had in my life.”
