Eminem is taking ex-wife Kim Mathers to court in an effort to make her shut up because he doesn’t like the “derogatory, disparaging, inflammatory, and otherwise negative comments” that she dishes out about the rapper in interviews.

He’s apparently worried that her remarks will hurt their daughter.

Because, you know, that song he did once about killing Kim and everything, that won’t traumatize their daughter at all.
